The house was nice and for our needs. The check in process was a pain. They didn’t send the information before had. I had to call and they were kind of rude. They had send instructions 2 month prior and I didn’t see the email and they didn’t send the instructions again until I called. The most annoying is they don’t use the Vrbo app and send you to their landing page to manage everything. It was a little clunky.Not great communication.

A Quiet Getaway
We had three adults staying for several days, and the atmosphere was quaint, quiet, and delightful. The neighbors were barely seen, the pools have designed energy levels - we very much enjoyed the "quiet pool". ;)The management team rapidly responded when we struggled to get the code for entry to work. The amenities, cookware, dishware, bedding and other comforts were nice.The location of the town home is perfect, close to Incline Village and Tahoe City for groceries, and a trip to South Tahoe is do-able.When they encourage you to be mindful of bears, I'd encourage you to believe them. I visited the Lake Tahoe Water Trail in the evening and saw a lovely brown bear wandering the beachfront. (It was perfect cool!)
