Our king bed was kind of hard. Not the most comfortable. I loved the White bedding! and the huge TV's. It would be nice to invest in an updated coffee machine in the rooms. Also when I went down to the lobby for coffee it was luke warm and we missed the free breakfast that was supposed to be included in our fee. it ended at 10 am. We we arrived at 10:05 am.

Awesome place to stay!

Our stay was great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The property is in a great location, close to stores, restaurants and not too far from the beautiful harbor which is so pretty and fun to walk around at and see all the cute shops.We have stayed at the Inn at Gig Harbor several times and we’ll definitely be staying again soon.

Nice hotel

I stay here 1-2 times per year for the past 7 years and it’s always nice. They’ve been slowly renovating but it doesn’t detract from the stay. The breakfast is always good.

Front Desk Noise Complaint

My family and I normally like to stay at this hotel when we come to town for our son’s sporting events. It has typically been a great place for us to stay, but that was not the case during this last trip. We were awoken at 11:30 by slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. We waited 15 minutes before calling the front desk, and when we shared what was going on, we were told that a college sports team was staying on the same floor as us and that they just won a state title. We were then asked to give them some time to celebrate before they quieted down. This seemed like a very inappropriate response from the front desk. We waited another 15 minutes for it to quiet down and had to call again. We were then kept awake until 2:00 AM. Unfortunately, we woke up exhausted, and my son had a sporting event to participate in this morning. We will most likely choose to stay somewhere else in the future because of the way this was handled.

Just so so. Amenities such as soaps and in room coffee are so cheap and just not quality items at all. Towels are worn. Linens are definitely a blend; not pure cotton. Things like that. But clean enough and they do allow dogs which is great!
