Named after Gifford-Pinchot National Park. Surprisingly spacious - yes, there are 3 bedrooms! 1 king and 2 queen beds. Full sized bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer, and other amenities for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dining utensils, and more. There’s a large table for dining in the kitchen, TV in king bedroom, and projector in living area. This home is perfect for families - no stairs, pack and play, toys, books, and more!

The whole basement apartment is yours. With private access along the side of the home, you’ll have your own kitchen, living and dining rooms, bathroom, and bedrooms.
Other things to note
This apartment is in the basement of a triplex, with 2 other active units above. While the home looks and feels brand new, it was built in the 1920’s, which means sound can travel. We ask that all guests are mindful of any other potential guests staying in our home and honor quiet times. (10pm-7am)
