This comfortable home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Fife, Washington.
Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. Additional local attractions include, Chihuly Glass Museum, LeMay Car Museum, Tacoma Dome along with the Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup if you happen to be here in September. For those that ski, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is approximately 1 hour east along with the Mt. Rainier National Park which has drive-able site seeing, and world class hiking.

Just 30 miles north you'll find the City of Seattle. Seattle, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, that encompass thousands of acres of parkland (hence its nickname, "Emerald City"). This house was the perfect place for our stay while we were exhibiting at the Sewing Expo at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. The home was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location made it easy to get back and forth to the fairgrounds, which was a huge plus during a busy event. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Amazing home. Was like a little slice of heaven! Loved the outdoor garden. So peaceful in morning to enjoy our coffee. Had everything you needed. Comfortable beds; very clean; everything we needed in the kitchen plus some; very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room to park in driveway for several cars if needed. Our Great Seattle Vacation!

We truly enjoyed or Vacation! The home was a perfect fit for us. Each room was very spacious. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the TV room to relax and enjoy a movie, etc in the evening. We would absolutely rent this home again!
