Comfortable furnishings.Great location-close to T Line, Wright Park, and Red Star Taco bar.Plenty of room in closet.Assigned parking place is a huge plus!Well stocked kitchen and many bathroom amenaties folks might forget.***listing should note this unit is not handicap accessable-stairs to elevatorResonable cleaning fee and minimal "cleaning duties" prior to check out.Very quiet-we didn't hear any street noise.No view but we could see our car!

Nightmare in the alley
We lived in the Tacoma area many years and knew of the mental illness/homeless problems. Thought it had improved somewhat. Clearly not! Behind us the Fawcett building appeared to house many mental health victims who were out and about causing unsafe conditions. GGuestsGuests
