The room was clean and comfy. The restaurant service was excellent. Our server Angela at Bite was friendly and made us feel welcome. I also liked the hotel’s eco-friendly idea of offering vouchers for skipping housekeeping. However, the front desk has room for improvement. Before arrival, my flight was delayed and when I called about a late check-in, one staff member was unhelpful and the team wasn’t on the same page about the policy. There were also a few small issues during the stay such as a leaky sink and a microwave that did not work, plus some trouble switching my payment card at checkout. Some staff were great, but I wish there had been more flexibility and clearer communication overall.

Unfortunately my room was not ready and was dirty (toilet), I was charged deposit for each day? I cut my foot on the tub as the tub ceramic fall is falling apart, when I went downstairs for ask for room service I was told they will come tomorrow, never came, she did however offered to remove the parking fees lol. They offer a $5 coupon if you do not get your service out of three nights we only received one. The hotel has so much potential, however is very manage.
