The reception desk she was so pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and i loved entering the room to a low purple accent light. And the king bed was so comfortable that I got the best sleep in weeks.i will be returning for sure again.

We were originally checked into a room that smelled of cigarette/weed. We asked for a different room and the new room seemed like a downgrade. It was smaller and didn’t have an additional chaise/sitting area and the view wasn’t as nice. Saturday morning there was no hot water. Saturday evening you could hear people arguing on the street (poor soundproofing) and at 2am our neighbours came back and were extremely loud. This is not the hotels fault and to their credit, they sent someone relatively quickly to deal with it. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Food in the restaurant was excellent. Hotel design is interesting (especially if you're into glass). However, the hotel has also seen better days and is in need of a refresh. Room amenities were ok (great shampoo and conditioner, terrible coffee). Internet was unreliable and not well suited for business travel.
