Hidden gem in the rough.

Great condition hotel. It is in Tacoma, so was happy to see keycard activated elevator, as well as the after hours front door. Breakfast was excellent, and expansive, with lots of options. Our room was clean and fresh.

This looks nothing like the pictures. Dirty, extremely noisy. Our tv was broken, the breakfast was so gross you couldn’t eat it. There were rats outside. The area was extremely unsafe. Trash all over parking lot. Gross….. never ever stay here.

The reservation was for 2 adjoining rooms. When we got there they were “booked” on the rooms we reserved. Split the party up on separate floors. When we finally got them to put us together it was on the 3rd floor in rooms near one another. Never again.

We had a quiet room in the hotel. But the pool and Jacuzzi didn't work. Mattresses on beds are not very comfortable unfortunately, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
