Would have liked to at least have the mini breakfast options like other hotels have (not meaning full brrakfast, just at least bagels and cereal or muffins and juice or something)

This hotel is smoking galore . Everywhere is smoking areas . Casinos and hotel popping cigarettes or vaping . I got sick being exposed . Hotel and garage layout is very inconvenient. Will never stay in here again . Security guards aren’t well versed the areas of their hotel and casinos . Sending guests in wrong directions .Casino has few dollar slots mostly penny machines

I like that the casino is right there. The room was clean and thr facility was even cleaner. I just wished there were a variety of dining options. There was only one restaurant in the hotel and it was expensive.

This place needs to step up their hospitality. The staff is rude and you can tell they do not want to be there.
This was a piece of cake we bought from the bakery. The staff member working was rude and lazy, and this is the way she put our cake in the box. We had to get a manager to have this corrected
