I arrived early and was immediately shown to my room, which was a great relief as I had been travelling since early in the morning. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and made my experience an excellent one right off the bat. The room itself was nice and the sheets smelled like bleach, everything was pristine and clean. The bathroom & soap was a little bit outdated and that would be my only complaint. Overall good experience.

Friendly staff. Great customers service. Loved having breakfast options especially since one child has celiacs and can’t eat food while on vacation. Loved the hot chocolate/coffee machine.

It was a pretty good experience. The room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was ok. The only problems we experienced were temperature control in the room and a very slippery bathtub and tile at the pool. The room was either hot or cold. No in between. The tub was incredibly dangerous and we didn't see the bath mat until we were done. My daughter slipped at the pool on the tiles because of how slippery it was.

Decent Hotel for a couple of nights. Check in was a little confusing with them talking of charging us extra that would be refunded. It appears that everything was charged as agreed though after checkout. Breakfast had no waffles I guess the machine was broken.

The hotel itself seemed fairly new and generally clean. We were awake most of the night due to loud stomping, screaming, general chaos from the room above us. From speaking to the front desk, several other guests claimed too. Will not return.

Peaceful stay in the middle of the bustle

It was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I was able to control the temp in the room. The room had a great blackout blind in the window, nice large walk-in shower, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast included was a nice hot breakfast not one of those cold Cincy breakfasts, plus 24 hr self serve coffee bar. If it weren’t for the horrible heard of elephants in the room above us it would have been a restful stay right in the middle of the city.

Front desk staff were nice but the two younger female continental breakfast cooks/servers were horrible. They were rude to multiple guests and stopped cooking early until guests complained. Zero customer service skills. They should be replaced.
