Right from walking in the greeting was friendly from Niomi was lovely. The room very clean and tidy with every thing you need . Right on the water perfect uninterupted views.

We loved our spa balcony room at the Waterloo so much that we booked an extra night. We loved the view from our very comfortable room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. The room was up some stairs on the first floor. I was disappointed that there was no restaurant operating on site. This would have made our stay perfect but there a some other dining options. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice and efficient and the room is cleaned daily but the property is outdated. Old carpets, broken dryer and overall the property is not very invy
