Rude, lazy, dumb… they have disabled folks go all over the hotel from one end to the other to try to find luggage carts. They’re too lazy to bring them to the lobby so they’re centrally located for everyone. No luggage carts available at checkin or checkout…. Had to make four trips because the women up front were too lazy to get carts. I’ve never seen anything like it and they didn’t even care when I asked them about it. I have stayed at that hotel multiple times and the ones they workin now suck

The whole building was very clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable. Our girls loved swimming in the pool and the awesome breakfast. It had so many options. Staff was everywhere cleaning and asking if we needed anything. The best most friendly service we have ever had at a hotel!

This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. It was clean, very comfortable (beds are great), bathrooms very clean and plenty of hot water, staff extremely friendly and the best free breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls. Highly recommend

We always stay at Holiday Inn Hotel by IHG whenever we do our trips, be it short or long stay. We love the cleanliness of the hotel and it’s superb breakfast. In fact, we did apply for a membership because we loved everything about the hotel. But this time, it kinda disappoint us. You can see the molds at the bath tub and it’s corner and the water took so long to drain making it look like a huge deep puddle ready for someone to be soaked in for a bath. We didn’t have the time to report it as we arrived late and were just too tired from 7hrs of drive.
