Our room was dirty, the beds were crazy hard and in our 2 day stay we didn't have hot water either day besides out of the sink. So after a terrible 2 days at the hospital with our loved one, we could only take sponge baths out of the sink. The gentlemen that checked me in was the best part of the stay. I never have complained about a stay, but have to this time.😮‍💨

This is the second time we have stayed her. We like the hotel/amenities. Very convenient for where we need to go in North Platte. It did ice and snow during our last stay though and I stepped out and took a really hard fall because the parking lot and walkways had not been treated. Now I am in a lot of pain. If it had not been for that I’d give 5 stars.

They basically stole $600 from my teenage son. He left his fanny pack on the couch when we checked out. They claimed they never found it but we know we left it there and the door was locked when we left. Was not helpful with the situation one bit.

The room had an outside entrance. Would prefer inside this time of year. There was a wasp flying in our room. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very good. The room was clean.

There is no phone number listed on Google, only WhatsApp and no one responded when I messaged about the issues with my room. Room was on outside facing exterior and had a motel-like entry. Heard every other guest opening their door near me. Remote didn’t work and there was a slow drain. Front desk was helpful when these issues were brought to their attention, but I was unhappy to have to go back to the front desk to fix these items. They also gave me the wrong room in my key envelop so I spent 10 minutes walking back and forth looking for the right bank of rooms.

Loved how the room was lit and warm when i got in last night. Very clean. Nice help yourself breakfast ready to go when i are at 7am. Apparently there was a restaurant and bar and the girl up front gave me a drink ticket , but never told me where the bar was.lol. i wasn't sure when check out time or what the procedure was. So I was gone at 8 AM and left Myki card in the acrylic box on the reception desk.. i would definitely stay again.
