This was our first visit to Tundra lodge. The lobby was nice, the room was nice. Like a kalahari and wilderness knockoff. The single person at the bar was over worked. Running all over the place. Causing delays. The food was ok. Two people i was with ordered the exact same thing. Yet received two different combinations of it. Another got fries instead of chips. The tiny pizza was over priced. The breakfast bar was a complete waste of money. Under staffed. Sign says please wait to be seated. We stood there for 15 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged us. So we sat ourselves. Had to tell the staff we were there. Food straight sucked. No bacon, eggs were wet and barely warm. Only good thijg was the fruit. Had to track dow a server just to pay our bill even though she was standing right next to us.when the others in our group paid. The pool was ok except there was way to much chemicals. The air burned our eyes. My nephew and a few other kids developed swimmers cough. Never heard of it before. To much chemical irritation of the lungs. We enjoy waterparks. been going to them for 20 years. This was the worst experience we ever had. Mostly due to service, food and pool chemicals.

Room was clean, Kleenex box only had 2 kleenex in it when we got into the room. Breakfast was not included and left something to be desired. The waterpark was heavily chlorinated to the point that our eyes started burning just sitting in the hot tub and our son got chlorine cough from the chemicals. Bartender was awesome though!

The room was quite dirty and had a foul smell upon arriving. Like it had been cleaned with a very dirty, stinky rag and covered up with cleaning solution. Wall heater knob was broken and could not adjust the temperature, so, it was either extremely hot or freezing cold.

There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner. Room was fine otherwise. Had to wait a long time at bar since bartender had to wait on tables and serve food. The food on buffet wasn't hot, barely warm.

All of the above, room bathroom door locked and would not open, shower had mold above it. Our sheet covers had rips all over the sides from being so worn. The waterpark was so packed I can't believe they were not over the capacity limit. Tons of people with no bands on and carrying in food which meant the floors were disgusting to walk around. For the amount we paid for the room to not have a continental breakfast and had to pay an additional $45 is absurd.

Check in was at 4pm. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30pm. We had to change for the pool in the hallway with 2 toddlers. We arrived to swim at 2:45pm (like the website said we could). There was no place to store our luggage - the desk kindly let us store it behind them. When we were done swimming we expected to be able to get into our room because it was after check in time. Our room still hadn't been ready , thus leading us to get changed in the hallway and bathrooms again. We left for dinner and called to check on our room. They were unable to tell us over the phone whether the room was ready. We ventured back, thankfully it was ready. The front desk was kind and apologetic. We only had one night stay so this wasn't ideal paying $264 for essentially sleeping. We love the tundra lodge but this experience, especially with kids, really turned us off.

Room wasn’t available for check- in until 5:25pm. After expressing disappointment I was told there was no eta. Then the manager said well we only have 3 housekeepers to 70 rooms. It was also stated that there may have been late check outs. Housekeeping, short stand then late checkout should not be allowed. Paying customers shouldn’t have to wait to check in. 1star!

Room wasn’t very clean. Same with the hallways and stairways. Lots of garbage and dirt. Also myself and kids are still coughing from the chlorine exposure in the pool. Our eyes are red and burning and lungs hurt. Whatever the chlorine levels in the air were, it wasn’t safe. I won’t be returning.
