Ideal for couples, friends, or a small family – enjoy spending time on the spacious balcony with incredible views, at the beach and private sun-drenched pool, or at the nearby attractions in Garden City, Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach.

The beach access is directly across the street —have your toes in the silky Surfside sand in seconds! When you return, the outdoor shower and hose makes rinsing off yourself, your pet, and your beach gear super easy.

The open plan living and dining area has doors to the large balcony, embracing the sunlight and sea-breeze. The primary bedroom has its own set of sliding doors that open on to the balcony, offering the opportunity to sleep soundly to the calming sounds of the waves crashing all night and wake up to the sparkling ocean and birds chirping.

This 3rd floor condo is accessed via a covered, outdoor stairwell. Step access only – no elevator.

New updates this season include:

The things we liked about this rental, where the beautiful wide porch, the fact that you could look out and see and hear the ocean from this second row rental, and that the apartment had all the essentials one needed to be comfortable. The difficult thing is that it’s a third floor walk up and you have to be prepared to carry all your things up three floors. Once you’re there though you will be quite comfortable. It is a small apartment but has everything you need for a lovely short stay in the area.

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. I preferred it to be right across the street so we had more privacy and this met our expectations. I love how it had a pool so we could relax there after the beach. It was our first time to the Myrtle Beach area and we will definitely be back!

Great outdoor patio to sit and joy evenings listening to the ocean. The condo is on 3rd floor with lots of stairs. Everything you may need is in the room. The secondary room has a very (very!) hard twin bed.

This is a darling condo and Ashton has clearly put thought and effort into making it cozy, yet modern. We had everything we needed during our stay and Ashton responded to us within minutes when I contacted her. Highly recommended for a small family. We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. The property manager was more than accommodating. The condo is in a nice area for beach lovers. May want to mention that one must climb three set of stairs to get to the condo. If I had known I would have packed more less heavy bags. Would stay.
