From checking in to checking out, our experience was great. This is the second time staying here and we will be definitely be back. The lobby smells great, nice coffee bar and the rooms and bedding are wonderful. You never have to leave the area due to so many good restaurants and bars right outside your door.

Yes, the unobstructed views from the south side of the hotel are outstanding. The beach view rooms are also very quiet, and the hotel blocks the cold northern winds allowing you to sit out on the lanai in the afternoons. The hotel sits in the middle of six walkable restaurants, and a nice city park is also just a short walk up Surfside Ave. We stayed here in September and again in December and both times the hotel was outstanding in cleanliness and safety. This is certainly a 5 out of five hotel.

My wife and I were looking for a hotel in the Surfside area to take us through three days until our area winter rental started. We were delighted with the small but well-appointed and well-organized room; the view from our 8th floor room; the conveniences offered by the hotel; the friendly and helpful front desk; and the proximity and 10% discount at the four restaurants surrounding the hotel. This stay, and the hotel far exceeded our expectations.

The people were amazing. Everything was clean and the check-in gift was a nice touch. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hot water in our room was just barely over warm. Our boys loved the hot tub and the pool, even in cold weather.
