Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
Your check out time is 10am. Remove all trash from the house and place in trash bin. Pull trash bin to the curb. Place all sheets in one laundry bag and towels in the other. Wash all dishes.
Return all keys to original places. DO NOT LOCK THE FRONT DOOR OR THE BUILDING turn the lock up and down on the building, do not use the key to lock.
Return golf cart to building, cut the kill switch off and plug the cart in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
