This cosy, self-contained one-bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and connection to nature. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore Noosa and the Sunshine Coast, or simply enjoy a morning coffee while watching the birdlife, we hope you’ll feel completely at home.

Waiam Cottage is just a short stroll from the peaceful shores of Lake Weyba and only an easy drive to Noosa, northern Sunshine Coast beaches, and the famous Eumundi Markets.

Privacy & setting
The cottage is a freestanding building set on acreage. While the main house nearby, the cottage is positioned to feel private and secluded, with its own access, outlook, and outdoor space. You can drive right up to the cottage and enjoy undercover parking directly on the porch.
