“Salt & Stone” is a delightful single-storey family home in Sunderland Bay just a short walk from the beach and comfortable drive to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes or San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV, record player & bluetooth speakers) is a fantastic area to relax. A central hallway provides access to Bedroom 1 and 3 (each with BIR), Bedroom 2, the Bathroom (with shower) and a separate Toilet. A fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is adjacent to the Kitchen.
Outdoor Areas
The fully covered front Deck (with Table & chairs for 8 and a gas BBQ) has views down to Sunderland Bay Beach, just metres away. The fully enclosed rear yard is perfect for children and pets alike (small/medium dogs only and not on furniture) and features a firepit (some wood provided to get you started) and a hot/cold outdoor shower. The long driveway and carport provide parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat).
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine with frother, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living Room, plus three additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required. There is some wood to get you started for the firepit.

This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk and one Single bed

Linen
