Disliked: Cleanliness
This place was absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend staying here! When I first got here the room was left dirty, you could take a wet paper towel to the floor and it would be dark brown from one swipe on the floor?! There was a small bathroom in the window to open while showering with barely any ventilation and the place started getting covered in mold!!! it was so bad to the point I was scared for my health and it even molded personal items of mine and they were so unhelpful when speaking to on the phone. I requested a new room due to the mold and instead they had someone come “clean it” the guy that came to clean it was incredibly rude and didn’t even give a knock when he tried to come in and I was topless because I was changing?! No respect here whatsoever. I come back after leaving the place for 3 hours just for them to clean it and they didn’t even clean all the mold, they cleaned one spot and left the rest. Now after the place was so molded I didn’t want to cook anything in the room because I was scared for my health so I purchased a grill to cook outside. The lady informed me no grilling on the property so I stopped grilling now 2 weeks later I get a call saying my stay will be terminated because I had the grill outside still, I said I didn’t know it was an issue that would result in that and I could move it the lady (Yolanda from stay with vibe) informed me I was supposed to be out 2 days prior to the call I got. I was never informed to leave prior. i’m pissed
