Enjoy the day sitting by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or simply hanging out on the back screened in deck that overlooks the canal. Ready for some water fun? Super easy access to the Gulf and a tall bridge clearance to the Ocean makes this property a boater and fisherman's dream! There's a double kayak for your use as well as a SUP. There is an outdoor bar area, extra fridge and even an ice maker so when you're ready to cook up that fresh catch, you can do it all outdoors...Keys-style!

Inside, you will find a well-appointed, comfortable home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom can be a king or 2 twins, whichever you prefer!
