Breathtaking water views and amazing sunsets! Welcome to Tequila Sunset

Enjoy water sports or fishing in the Sailfish capitol of the world. Fish directly off the new 167' dock or travel the river on a kayak or paddle board provided with the rental, Jet Ski and/or boat rentals can be arranged for a separate fee. If you're lucky you will see the Dolphins that swim by almost every day.

Relax and Unwind at the large private pool, or by the fire pit . Enjoy the view on the dock patio (especially beautiful at night under the endless stars).

Downtown Stuart features a wide selection of excellent stores and restaurants and is easily reached with a short walk or drive. A few of our favorites include The Gafford, and recently opened Oak & Ember. In nearby Jensen beach 11 Maple a creation of Chef Michael Perrinis is a lovely dining experience perfect for a special occasion or romantic evening and Peter’s Steakhouse is a treat if you love a great steakhouse in a quaint setting. Sundays in downtown feature a farmers market full of fresh produce, artists and more from 9am - 1pm and then the Rockin' Riverwalk live music from 1pm-4pm.

Theater: The Lyric theater built in 1925 offers a variety of great shows. Recently they have featured everything from Itzhak Perlman and Paul Reiser to the Doobie Brothers Tribute Band

The Healthy Trail: Riverwalk is a refreshing and scenic walk along the river, past historic downtown, restaurants It is 1 miles long from start to finish beginning at Colorado Park.

Feeling like taking a break hop off the Healthy Trail onto the Tiki Taxi at the main boardwalk downtown. Ride the Tiki Taxi and refresh yourself with an adult beverage while you sail along the river.

Rockin’ Riverwalk - Every Sunday from 1pm - 4pm enjoy a free outdoor concert. Pack a picnic and sit in the park overlooking the stage or just hang out for a while.

Excellent property with thoughtful hospitality extras. Screened patio with rocking chairs was where we landed each morning and evening. Beds very comfortable, tasteful decor was also appreciated. Communication with hosts was very fast for our minor questions.

We do an annual trip down to this area and by far this is the nicest place we’ve stayed From the time we got there you could feel the good vibe of this house. The setting is beautiful and you really don’t even need to leave to enjoy your vacation. Beautiful, CLEAN, and has all you need. Our host was the best and made sure we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to bring another bicycle over when we had a flat on one. The only problem I have is it’s not available when I want it next year. Secrets out!!

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved this home and can't wait to come back! The hostess was so helpful and accommodating. The house is adorable and very comfortable. The property grounds are gorgeous and the view is amazing. The house is very well stocked and has everything you need. We loved cooking pizzas in the pizza oven. We also loved walking to Sailor's Return for happy hour and dinner and Gilbert's Coffee bar for our morning coffee.

A must see!

This beautiful waterfront home depicts old Florida charm! The home was very quaint, cozy and very nicely decorated. It was fully stocked with every amenity one could possibly ever ask for. The waterfront view was amazing and the sunsets every evening were breathtaking! Our hostess, Tisha went out of her way to make my birthday vacation a very special one! Any questions or concerns we had, she was right there, every moment of our stay! We will definitely be planning on staying at the tequila sunset again real soon! A must see!

Beautiful home on the water

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home in Stuart, FL. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. We spent most of our free time sitting on the rocking chairs on the back porch staring at the beautiful view of the water. We also enjoyed spending time out on the dock listening to music (having the Alexa on the dock was amazing!!). Our kids loved kayaking and fishing on the water. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect!

Tisha, the owner, was amazing to work with! The home is so cute and supplied above and beyond! Beautiful view with dock and several sitting areas! Our 32’ foot Grady White boat fit perfectly in the area provided. The linens, etc were so luxurious and beds were comfortable! Absolutely no complaints about the home or our stay!

very peaceful--definitely preferred this riverfront home to beachfront. The foliage, flowers and lighting are beautiful--an oasis. Nice kayaks; back screened-in porch fantastic for morning coffee and winding down later. All appliances worked very well; wonderful spaces in the home. All good!

Birthday trip!

What a great place! It had everything we needed from cooking utensils, fire pit, to outdoor activities. We brought and used our blow up Paddle boards and there were also kayaks on site. All easy to launch off the floating dock. Pool and house were extremely clean- I almost felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. I can’t forget to mention how beautiful this place is! The long dock is awesome and a great place to watch the sunset or just sit and relax. We came here for my husband's 49th birthday. It was the two of us and our two kids. We all had a blast.

Family Reunion

Tequila Sunset was the perfect place for our long family reunion weekend. 5 of us stayed here and hosted Reunion activities for other family members staying in the area. We found that house exactly as advertised - very comfortable and beautiful inside and out. The kitchen and the house overall were very well equipped - we had everything we needed. The screened back porch, the pool, and backyard seating area around the firepit were all excellent gathering places. The host (Tisha) was outstanding in terms of answering any questions and offering great suggestions about the local area (including fishing). My family is already talking about coming back next year!

The home was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated, designed for fun and relaxation. Too many thoughtful amenities to list! Great location right on the river with spectacular views. Perfect Getaway

This property is amazing. The owners have thought out all the details to help make a vacation perfect. The views from the porch and dock are unbelievable, the location is within walking distance to everything that Stuart has to offer, the beds are heavenly and the kitchen is stocked and well appointed with everything anyone would need. We could not have been happier anywhere else. The owner even personally picked some amenities to surprise our group of 6 women. We wish we could all leave a review because we were all very happy with our stay and wished we were staying longer.

Location Location Location

This property is well appointed, clean and was perfect for our stay. It is easily walkable to restaurants and downtown Stuart. The views from the back of the house and dock are stunning. You will never tire watching the boats and dolphins. The pool is perfect size for a family. The provided snacks and wine were a nice touch for a wonderful stay. I am thankful we chose this property for our vacation and can’t wait to return next week!!
