Yes, the room was clean, no issues with staff only thing I will say is this is my second visit in the last several months and each time I had requested a crib and each time when I got to the room, it wasn’t set up so we had to wait for one to be delivered. On this last trip, we were a late check-in, ready to put the baby down for the night and had to wait half an hour for someone to find a pack and play for her to sleep in so that was very inconvenient.

There was nothing special about this hotel nor their breakfast. Today they ran out of spoons and never refilled..kind of hard to eat yogurt or cereal with a fork! Yesterday they ran out of hot food for a while! Shame on them….sunday is usually a very big breakfast day in the hotel industry…should’ve been better prepared. Lastly, our room had a funny, kind of moldy smell.

Room was clean. Staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Having the studio for the extra room was definitely worth it for my kids to have extra room to play. Pool was nice and warm for them to swim in December.

The stay was overall okay. We were woken up at 3:00 a.m. over a belligerently drunk man trying to fight a door. To beds were okay but they shake and move and the linens were a little thin. The breakfast was above average

My flight was delayed which caused me to come in later than I planned. I called the hotel as soon as I landed to let them know that I maybe there afternoon midnight. I spoke to such a wonderful lady I believe her name was Skyretta, and she told me not to worry, my room will be here when I arrived and it was.
