We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman upon checking in. He was kind, quick and very helpful during our stay. I’ll also note that I had a terrible headache and needed something. I requested any complimentary Advil, Tylenol or anything to help. He did tell me they don’t have complimentary, but I had the option to pay for what they had in their little “Hotel store “. I appreciated that they had this, but the price seemed a little high for a really nice hotel not having complementary basics. I paid $4.00 for a tiny box of Advil. No biggie, just a suggestion to maybe have an option of complementary items for guests would be a nice perk for returning guest/members. I’ve stayed at many other Hotels of different brands, and they’vealk offered a vast array of complimentary items for convenience and comfort of guest. I highly recommend this hotel otherwise! Beautiful lobby, complimentary happy hour, cozy and spacious seating, nice romantic setting, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff!! Also- very convenient location if your looking for something near downtown, your walking distance to many local restaurants, event vendors and bars. We utilized the parking garage which from the 2nd floor, offers a breeze walkway directly into the hotel. Awesome glass elevators also.

The room was clean and staff were pleasant, but tv wouldn’t work in room until a nice gentleman came to fix it and the hot tub was cold and very cloudy. But I asked for help and someone fixed that also. It was a nice stay.
