They need to check their towels, and make sure they are not damaged. One was ripped, and another smaller to much like bleach.

The room was small but very clean. There was no fridge. Parking was available for a $15. Fee. The breakfast was free and good. The eggs needed to be warmed up. A cot was provided as requested. All the employees were friendly. The Christmas markets were a good 15 minute walk. It was a good stay.

The rooms were in good condition and the staff were very friendly. The views from the breakfast area were fantastic plus, the hotel is literally right beside the train station...loved that part.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notradame Cathedral, a laundromat, and many dining options. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Our room’s AC stopped working and the staff were quick to change our rooms. There is no washer and dryer onsite. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street. The police department is very close to the hotel.

Customer service to be improved

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the parking situation during our recent stay. Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a reserved parking space but received no response. Upon arrival, we were informed that the parking lot was full. When we asked where we could park, the receptionist simply told us to park on the street. While looking for a spot, we saw a car with a cracked rear window, raising concerns about the safety of the area. When we asked the receptionist about the security of the neighborhood, the response was, “That’s not our problem.” I find this attitude unacceptable. As paying guests, we expect at least a basic level of customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and a respectful, helpful attitude from staff. While I understand that availability may be limited and certain matters may be out of your control, communication and courtesy are not. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your service for future guests.
