You are looking for your "home" for a few months, the time of training, a professional mission or an internship in Strasbourg, the Saint Nicolas apartment which is located at 4 rue de la 1er armee is made for you! . You will be in the immediate vicinity of the Grande Ile, the historic center of Strasbourg, as well as the NHC (New Civil Hospital) and Sciences Po Strasbourg. This apartment is available for booking from a minimum of 30 nights and up to 10 months under a mobility lease only. It is on the 4th floor with elevator, in a secure residence. The apartment consists of:

- a bright lounge area with a sofa and television,

- a dining kitchen area, fully equipped, open to the living room (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher),

- a bright bedroom with 2 single beds

- a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine,

- a balcony with a table and two chairs complete the apartment.



Close to Porte de l'Hôpital stop with tram A and D

Close to Saint Nicolas stop with buses: 10, N1 and N3.

The Saint Nicolas and Austerlitz car parks will be close to the apartment if you come by car.



This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the garbage cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
