Located on the 4th floor next to the main lodge, this ski-in/ski-out retreat is just steps from the lifts and village. The lower level features a mountain-view king suite with a balcony and a soaking tub, plus a fun double-bunk room with its own bath. Upstairs, enjoy a spacious open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling views of Mt. Mansfield, a gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. A queen bedroom with an ensuite bath provides additional comfort for guests. Perfect year-round, this modern mountain getaway blends style, space, and unbeatable location.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Honestly, we couldn't ask for more. This unit is beautiful, very well appointed, clean and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Perfectly situated in the Spruce Peak Resort which was equally beautiful during this summer visit. Communications & directions were efficient, friendly and easy to understand. Spring Skiing

We had a great stay over spring break with my two sons. The condo was new, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy. Everything was exactly as described, and the check-in process was smooth. We’re already hoping to come back and rent again over the Christmas holidays!
