The spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It offers four rooms, a kitchen and a daylight bathroom.

The apartment is located on the edge of the field and offers a great view of the undeveloped nature. We bought the house last year. The upper floor has been used as a holiday apartment for several years.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The beds can also be separated in a bedroom. There are two cots in the apartment. If the entire bed was not bought new, we have replaced all mattresses and slatted frames.
In the living room there is a dining area and a 3-person couch, a two-seater and an armchair.

In the reading corner there is a cozy 2-seater that invites you to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped and spices are available.
In the daylight bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition, a toilet and a washing machine.
The car can easily be parked in front of the house.

Fencing Trip

We stayed here for a fencing trip in Kiel, and it was absolutely amazing. We loved where it was - only a few minute drive to the city - surrounded by nature and greenery. It was an extremely clean place with lots of essentials included. It felt right at home and I'm so happy we chose to stay here!

Gute Erholung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden und unseren Kindern (unter 2 Jahre) hier, um das neue Jahr etwas ruhiger zu starten und haben mit der Unterkunft voll ins Schwarze getroffen! Für die Kids war alles vorhanden inkl. Rausfall Schutz und auch die Erwachsenen hatten kamen voll auf ihre Kosten. Ein kleiner SB Hofladen direkt um die Ecke und das Meer in der Nähe. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in idyllischer Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gelassen und einfach. Check-In und Check-Out sind reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sauber und angenehm. Positiv überrascht waren wir über die üppige Ausstattung! Es gibt praktisch nichts was fehlt, was man auch zu Hause verwenden würde. Angefangen beim geschirr, über die Küchenutensilien, bis hin zur Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden. Die Stube besitzt sogar eine Klimaanlage! Der Ort selbst ist dank der ruhigen Lage nicht sehr stark befahren und so für toben mit den Kindern vor der Tür geeignet. Weiterhin kann man schöne Ausflüge an den See und einen kleinen Strand mit einer Anlegestelle machen. Der Spielplatz ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber genügend Möglichkeiten damit sich die Kinder austoben können. Alle weiteren Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto binnen 10 - 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt war unser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr erholsam und schön. Meine Schwiegermutter (leidenschatflicher Gärtner) meckerte ein wenig über die fehlende Liebe im Garten vor dem Eingangsbereich. Aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache xD

Super sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet

Wohnung ist herausragend sauber. Auch die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Töpfen und Pfannen sowie Küchengeräten. Unsere Kinder haben die zahlreichen Spiele und Spielzeuge gut angenommen. Lage ist sehr ländlich, ideal um zu entschleunigen.

Perfekt ausgestattete, saubere und schöne Wohnung. Sehr netter Gastgeber! In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am wunderschönen Badesee. Bäcker und andere Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alles perfekt und gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familien

Eine tolle großzügige Ferienwohnung, welche an die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Begrüßung mit Obst und Getränken hat uns überrascht. Sehr schön ist auch die Mappe mit Empfehlungen für Freizeit, Einkauf und selbst an den Arzt ist gedacht. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Obergeschoss, sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, eine Küche sowie Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert, er selbst war nicht vor Ort. Schön war auch der Obstteller, den wir bei unserer Ankunft vorgefunden haben sowie viele Tipps und Anregungen für die Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

schöne saubere Ferienwohnung

wir waren mit meiner Familie für ein paar Tage dort und waren positiv überrascht. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Als wir angekommen sind, war neben einem Obstkorb eine Mappe mit interessanten Informationen für Ausflüge etc. Kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 👌
