The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended.

We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited.

A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us

Positiv ist das günstige Parken. Der Empfang war sehr sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut… der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Das war es aber leider auch… die Zimmer sind vor 20 oder 30 Jahren stehen geblieben… riesiger Renovierungsstau… kein Lampenschirm hält mehr auf einer Lampe, es sind energiesparende Birnen aus den 90er Jahren in kaltem Weiß im Zimmer eingeschraubt, das Bett ist so weich und durchgelegen, geht leider gar nicht…

Vi havde alt i alt et okay ophold. Hotellet synes “pænere” på billederne. Værelset var standard, den ene seng var knækket, og den knirkede meget, når man vendte og drejede sig. Der var ikke plads til at spise aftensmad i hotellets egen restaurant, så vi måtte ud i byen med vores to små børn. Derudover skal man være obs. på, at vandet i poolen er meget koldt (ikke børnevenligt), hvilket var ærgerligt, da det var en af årsagerne til, at vi kørte efter det hotel. Personalet var meget venligt. Morgenmaden rigtig god.

Værelset var rent og ryddeligt, dog er det lidt slidt kunne trænge til en opfriskning..vi har lagt mærke til dette ved flere besøg. Samt lørdag aften at man lukker baren klokken 9 er alt for tidligt, folk vil jo kunne sidde og nyde en drink mm. Efter en dejlig middag på deres Det skal der gøres noget ved, samt at der skal mere personale til ikke rimeligt at tjener skal løbe tilbage mellem servrestaurant

Vi er kommet på hotel Diksee igennem mange år- og det er altid dejligt at komme på hotellet og i området. Det ligger utroligt dejligt med til søen og vi fik denne gang et stort dejligt familieværelse med 2 små altaner og den smukkeste udsigt. Vi nyder også altid swimmingpoolen og den hyggelige søpromenade. Der er derudover relativ kort afstand til andre udflugtsmål såsom Lübeck og Kiel, Timmendorfer strand mm. Hotellet er af ældre dato- og charmerende. Det bliver renoveret løbende.Der er god mad og venligt personale. Vi kommer igen
