Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I did not stay at this facility. One look at it, and I left. It was totally unacceptable as there was absolutely NO WINDOW in the room. Within one hour of making the reservation, I requested a refund, but so far, I have received nothing but silence.
