We enjoyed our stay at Freys Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had many hot and cold choices. The food was very good. The location was ideal for walking to shops, Old Stockholm, and metro. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way
Right next to the station so its perfect for convenience, friendly staff, warm and cosy rooms even when freezing outside, great gym, tasty and extensive breakfast with high quality food. It was perfect. Will 100% choose this again.

I paid extra for a superior room and expected a lot more for a 4 star hotel. The decor in rooms are very dated and the bathroom was no better than a budget hotel. The staff were friendly and it was clean through out.
