The room was awesome, however it was super hot in the upstairs bedrooms and it never cooled down even with the AC on for 12+hours, the downstairs was great though. Staff was friendly and they allowed for a late checkout which was very much appreciated.

This place was likely top of the line resort when it was first built. It's a bit dated, but worth the price. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Rooms and hallways could be cleaner. Beds could be updated. Great amenities on the property (pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, saunas). I would stay again.

Staff was great. You pay for what you get. This is an older property with some maintenance needs but seemed to be clean. Probably would not stay there again but I’ve definitely stayed at places that were way worse

There is no soap. And the front desk has no soap. We weren't the only guests asking. So bring your own or you will have to squirt shower gel from the bath's dispenser Very stained carpets in corridor and room.

Everything from check in, accuracy of the rooms in photos and ameneties were correct. The only issue we had with the resort were: ice machines on each floor were not working, it was scary to walk on the first floor at night, the bed in our room needed to be updated, we never got the code for the internet, and we could not find the directory of the tv stations. We had to buy facial tissue and hand soup. The pavement up to the resort needs to be repaved and maybe some cosmetic work on the place, but overall nice place close to grocery stores and Walmart. It had a cute kitchen to prepare food and nice size fridge which was a plus.

The Staff at Check-in desk were very friendly, nice, cheerful, and helpful. The Cleaners we ran across while there were friendly. The pool was clean but the chairs around the pool needed cleaning. The overall property is just okay, The room condition looks and feels like it is not kept up - gaps in flooring, stains on furniture, tables and chairs nicked and damaged. Without the AC running the room got a moldy or musty smell.

The staff were nice. We were excited by the close hot springs and the property details the hot springs appear to be out the back. That was not the case they were 29 miles away. Also the ice machines were not present or working. The vending machines were not working either.
