This is an well maintained property. The location is ideal for dining and shopping. Along with the convenient location come a bit of road noise from the busy street through the center of town. Staff is paticularliy kind and helpful. We would happily stay here on a return trip to the area

Great value

We got lucky and had a room on the lower level of the "back building". Our room had a sliding door that opened to a small deck overlooking the river. I've stayed in a lot of hotels all over the State, but this was the best exterior experience I've had. The bathroom fixtures were new and the bedding was very comfortable. Excellent experience.

Worked for us. The proximity to Fish Creek Falls was okay. Continental breakfast left a bit to be desired. I don’t think the lady likes her job. 😞 Front desk staff were wonderful! The discount for the hot springs spa across the road was very much appreciated as were the extra towels. Would definitely stay here again.

An older hotel, one that we have stayed in the past when visiting Steamboat. Very convenient to downtown. We just parked the car and walked. We also walked to the wedding we were attending at the Botanic Gardens. Clean and comfortable and a friendly staff. We'd stay there again.

Previous to this we stayed at a very nice resort in steamboat. I’d stay here instead! People were so friendly, room so comfortable and it was close to everything!
