This three-bedroom second floor apartment with 1.5 bath offers a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and private shoreline access. Enjoy stunning water views, amazing sunsets, morning walks along the shore, and easy access to beaches, golf, dining, shopping, deep sea fishing, music venues and amusement parks.

Approximately 2 acres of shoreline property on New London Bay overlooking the famous Cavendish dunes. Private access to the shore allows for launching of kayaks, paddle boards, etc.. you can even fish from the shore for stripped bass, or just explore the shore line for sea life or that special seashell to take home.

The complete second floor apartment with kitchen is available, two parking spaces on site. Beach towels and chairs are available for your use during your visit.

Our family of 4 adults loved this upper floor apartment. The location was central to many locations and restaurants. The separate entrance, 3 BR and 1.5 baths made the stay very comfortable for everyone. The view of the water was so beautiful-and we had front row seats to watch the boats and the bald eagles that gave us a show almost every morning. Our hosts Allan and Patsy were so welcoming and made it feel like home, sharing some veggies from their garden and provided us with some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We had a great 5 day stay in Sept 2026 and hope to return again. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
