The staff were incredible! Very hard working, super pleasant, very helpful with any questions or needs. The grounds were neat and tidy. I realize that the property is old and you can see that they are working to make the required upgrades and refresh's to each room. This will take time, however, for the new owners only taking possession for a year. It is apparent that they are trying their best to make sure everyone is taken care of during the upgrades. It was great to have wireless internet available, what is now a must have, it's still nice to see that they are doing what they can to keep everyone happy. I spoke with a guest that has been staying for the past 21 years and she's very happy with the changes as well. I will be happy to suggest this location to anyone who inquires about it. Keep up the great work and I hope to see you again soon!

Our toilet has issues flushing anything. We did not flush even toilet paper. It backed up and my son put his hand all the way down the toilet to see if there was a clog he could remove and he did. I notified the front desk that this persisted and was very unnecessary for my son to ned to deal with. There is one toilet and it should work and would have been easily identifiable by staff who cleaned the toilet, if they did clean the toilet. I went to the front desk that is only staffed from 4:30-6 pm and told them that I would like to receive a refund for one or both nights. I was told that would happen and never received this, but rather returned home, after dinner, in our second night to find a trash can with a used and feces covered toilet plunger in it in front of our motel room. This is unacceptable service and I would still like to have at least one night reimbursed to me as a result of having to deal with the toilet for nearly the full duration of our two night stay.

Well where do I begin. This was my sixth time staying at this place. Upon arrivial I asked the women at the desk is this the same owner her reply was I dont know . Then I paid just under 600 for a 2 night stay with a kitchenette. After paying all I got was a receipt no enjoy your stay nothing except if you need clean towels put in laundry basket and put it outside your door. Got to the room the furniture was old ,beds older than heck and not comfortable at all . The burners on the stove very rusted there was mold all around rubber on the fridge, the cushions on the chairs at the table were so stained and filthy. Then was greeted with a sign which said if there was any strong odors left in room from cooking u would be charged additionally. Therefore u pretty much are told to cook outside so there was no reason to get a kitchenette. Even baseboards were dirty. There were four of us none of us were pleased but room was paid in full. No staff approached to us to ask how are stay was or if anything was needed. There was no phone in room to call office so if anything was needed u had to find staff. The TV was a 32 in or smaller as well. The outside of building was also in need of TLC. Would I stay here again absolutely "No". It was not worth the money we spent.

Staff was friendly, rooms are super convenient with a full kitchen and lots of space. The blanket on one of our beds hadn’t been washed and smelled of the last person to stay in the room. If we had arrived earlier I would have asked to switch it out

Walkable to shops and restaurants. No frills and exterior is pretty weathered and discouraging to look at when you arrive - the rooms is clean and well kept. Air conditioner is very loud. Good cost for location. Fine times your head.

The motel offered a spacious room with a convenient kitchen setup, which was great for a family stay. However, the room had a noticeable moldy smell that made the stay less comfortable. With a bit of attention to air quality and cleanliness, this place could be much more enjoyable.
