Super nice! The condo is within walking distance to the beach, village and a vast number of restaurants. The wrap around porch is great for people watching. Parking is easy and safe. Our host, Jerry, responded to my question within minutes. He’s friendly and helpful. Ten stars in every category.

This was a perfect location! Its located on the main street where all the restaurants, bars, shops and the pier!The condo was super clean, stocked with everything you need, and Jerry was an amazing host! I have been fortunate enough to travel to St. Simon's many times in the last 30 years and have stayed in numerous places all over the island. Words cannot express how well-appointed and beautiful this condo is! The location can't be beat! You are in the heart of the village with the hustle and bustle but the condo provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and already looking to return this summer!

Fantastic location in the center of Pier Village. Short walk to the pier, great restaurants and Mallory Park for Pickleball. The area gets crowded during the day so it’s great to have your own reserved parking spot. Nice updated unit. We will stay there again during our next visit to SSI.

The very nice, well-decorated condo in the heart of the pier village provided us with easy access to shops, restaurants, pier/park area and beach. My Daughter and I had a birthday get away! What a fabulous time in St Simons and what a lovely condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying a cocktail. You cannot beat the location as you are within walking distance to everything! Jerry is amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Great Place !

This home was super nice and even better than the pictures portray. Check in and check out was a breeze and Jerry was great with communication. The unit was very clean and had basically anything we needed and the location was great. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the crowds and it really wasn't even noisy as we thought it might be. We would definitely recommend and stay at this rental again !

The condo is located right down town - could not be a better location for walking to Pier, restaurants and shops.The condo was fabulous - probably the nicest VRBO condo we have stayed in! Great downtown condo

The condo was beautiful. Very clean. An amazing wraparound porch. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. Restaurants and shops feet away from condo. Short walk to the pier and short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
