Enjoy the spectacle of passing boats and playful dolphins right from your window. The condo's prime location ensures that the best of St. Simons Island is just a stroll away, including shops, restaurants, and scenic spots like the lighthouse and Neptune Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

The balcony view was excellent. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a problem with the coffee maker and called ,John Sparks was there within an hour with a new coffee maker,he was very nice, explained and showed us how to use it.I could not express enough how wonderful Susan from LILMAR was during our stay. She helped me book another stay at the same condo while we were there. Will definitely be using LLIMAR in the future.
