This development of town homes is conveniently located on the Island with easy access coming on and off the Island as well as many Island amenities. Grocery stores and many shops are within a half mile.

The town home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal details include wood floors throughout, a classic, calming color scheme with comfortable furnishings. The front entry hallway features a washroom for convenience and two closets to hang items or kick off sandy shoes. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 6. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. A small patio area is accessible from the living room with a bit of "green" space.

The second level features a master suite with King bed and small closet for storage as well as a full walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and floor space. The master bathroom has a spacious his and hers sink area, deep bath tub, shower, and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. On the same level are two additional bedrooms and one full bath. For your convenience the washer/dryer is also on this level.

Great for Girls Weekend

This unit was the perfect size for our girls weekend! Everything was pretty much what we expected - the location was less than five minutes to the St Simons Pier where the majority of the restaurants/shops are located. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay but there were a few minor drawbacks: the toaster was broken and the cleanliness of one of the upstairs twin beds was questionable. (Hair in sheets and on pillow). A recommendation for larger groups: only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll and trash bag were provided, so our group of 6 ended up having to purchase additional household items. There was additional bedding and blankets in the master closet which was a bonus for movie night. We enjoyed watching all the turtles in the lake view from the screened porch and the centralized location of the condo! Super easy check in and check out process. Would recommend a day trip to Cumberland island and/or Jekyll Island (specifically Driftwood beach).

Great Choice

We were concerned as a family to share a family get-a-way during the COVID19 pandemic. We enjoyed an absolutely amazing experience. The accommodations were perfect and even offered more than described. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very embracing township with 95% of the people wearing masks. The beaches are extremely spacious, clean, and uncrowded. Restaurants were opened with amazing seafood options. The local supermarket offered everything you could possibly need. We will return.

Great house Great Location

The house was very clean, and made a great trip to St Simon's. Minutes away from everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect house for our first vacation to St Simon's. Can't wait to make it back!
