Overall our stay was fine. The room was spacious. Housekeeping was available upon request. We had a Marina view, quieter than the front of the motel. The shower could use a recaulking. The pool was not heated. There is not a fitness center as is advertised on some websites.

Absolute randomness to their hourly events. Whole place reeks of mold. It seems they cleaned surfaces but that’s entirely it. Seems like a deep clean is required. Overpriced for the condition of things and there is no hospitality of any kind on the property.

If spring break was a hotel

It would be an ok hotel at 100 a night but not 400. Would be a good party hotel. No breakfast options, no water in the room, the TV didn’t work, smelled like weed ….

The front desk service was wonderful. Had an issue with the shower and the gals at the front desk were quick and courteous to act, moved us to a new room quickly. We will go back and stay again. Nice open air bar on second floor.

Place was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels for both room & for pool were terrible!! Need to bee replaced. The pool area could use some attention, weeds growing through pavers & a used towel was laying by the pool side during our entire stay.

The entire facility reaked of marijuana, daily. This is supposed to be a RESORT HOTEL. It is being used to house homeless people being funded by FEMA, from the hurricane. Several residents would open their room doors and the smell of marijuana and body odor would stink up the hall way. Residents allowed there pets to dump in the pet area and not clean it up. One vacationer would frequently remove her bathing top in the pool area while sunbathing. She was also seen frequently around the property with nothing on but a white hotel towel. My wife and I come to florida every winter for the last 10 yrs. This is the worst stay we've ever had. No better than a Motel 6.

Central location in Treasure Island. We had a king room, gulf facing, with Balcony. Easy to walk to shops, dining & shopping. They have beach chairs you can rent by the day. City Beach access across the street still closed, but can walk a quarter block to the city access between hotels, at the crosswalk. Great paved boardwalk ocean side to stroll along the beach. Easy walk to the Sunday evening drum circle. Only negative right now was pool was not heated & hot tub not bubbling. Overall good value for the money. Would stay again.

The beds and pillows were great. The rooms are older and the furniture was worn. It appeared clean. The first room we were given had a shower that never got hot. They sent someone to fix it but it didn't help. I had to ask the front desk person for another room. They did give me another room and the shower was hot and worked well. I tried to use the washer and it didn't work. I reported it. They did finally get someone to fix it later that day. I did like the location of the motel- could walk to everything we needed. I'll be looking for a more up to date facility next time. The towels are older and more worn.

Almost a hit

The hotel is clean and recently refurbished due to the Hurricane that did a lot of damage in the area. I understand to a point that because of the hurricane many hotels and motels and even the public beaches are still in a state of disrepair. But the prices that many are charging to me are ridiculous. This Hotel was too pricy for what if offered and the fact that that it was Spring Break and loaded with college people (although they were fairly well behaved) One could not use the jacuzzi or enjoy peace and quiet. The bar on the second floor was out of many products and there was not enough shade to make it comfortable. The bartender was very friendly though. The front desk staff was younger and obviously not versed in the workings of the hotel, friendly though. The back door to the main hall is broken and made it much harder to come and go. All in all, unless the price to the property goes down, we would spend our money at other properties that we have stayed at.

Very average property. Not bad, but not great either. Property is a bit tired feeling. The marketing certainly gave a better impression than reality. Wouldn’t recommend to friends. Hit my credit card for $50 upon arrival but didn’t inform us. When asked I was told it was for “incidentals” which is impossible since there were no amenities. Just didn’t leave a good impression

Great place, amazing staff. They treated me and my pups great during our stay. They have worked so hard getting everything back up and going from the storms. They did a great job, its absolutely beautiful.

Resort was less than we expected but it was clean and convenient. Older motel style. No dining options. On site gym was just a few outside cycle machines etc. it really doesn’t have an on site gym. No continental breakfast. Bar was only open one night on Saturday. room was clean new mattress on bed. We would stay again but would rather pay extra for more amnesties and nicer facilities
