The Seaside Cottages are located just across the street from Indian Rocks Beach!

The Seaside Cottage is located just a block to the famous Indian Rocks Beach!! Walk To the Beach, Shops, Dining & Water Sports! Beach access is directly across the street! This cottage is 1 of 4 cottages in a quaint, authentic Key West `Old Florida` cottage compound. The cottages are cozy and very clean, and have all been completely renovated. The heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and 2 outdoor tiki bar/grills in the fenced back yard compound (5000 sq. ft.) are shared between the 4 cottages. You won`t have ANY screaming kids around this compound....just peace and quiet for ultimate relaxation, as we are a 21+ property. Cottage #2 sleeps 2 adults comfortably in the one bedroom. The den also has a comfortable pull out couch. Each cottage has a private, privacy fenced back yard. Very quiet area, dog friendly neighborhood. The parking lot includes room for three cars (one per unit). Each cottage has 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon. Bikes available upon request for a nominal rental fee. All cottages are equipped with smart TVs so you are able to login to your favorite streaming service. Small dogs <30 lbs. permitted with a non refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unique shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry. Indian Rocks Beach is a charming, thriving community that has maintained most of it`s original character and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. From it`s Nature Preserve, to it`s many parks and sandy shores, you will find a smile on every face, and a warm Florida welcome with everyone you meet! Publix Supermarket is in close proximity, on East Bay, just before you cross the bridge onto the island Numerous restaurants and shops within very close walking distance.
Please no smoking of any kind in the cottage or in any of the outside common areas of the property.
No glass is permitted in the pool area. The cottage contains plasticware for use in the pool area.
Do NOT flush feminine products or flushable wipes down the toilet. This has caused plumbing issues in the past. There are sanitary bags bags provided in the vanity for proper disposal.
Only use HE detergent in the washing machine.
There is a hose located in the side yard to the left of Cottage #1 for rinsing feet, beach gear etc. There is also an open shower faucet located between cottage #2 and #3. Please use care with the beach chairs and if one breaks please report this so the next guest is not without a functioning chair.
Do not throw wet sandy beach towels in the washing machine. Please leave outside to dry and then shake out thoroughly before washing. Towel hooks are in various outside locations on the property along the fence and exterior posts.
Clean the outdoor grill after use using the grill brush provided. Keep lid closed when not in use so grease pan doesn`t fill up with water in the event of rain.
Be a friendly neighbor and clean outdoor common areas after use.
