Beach towels and chairs provided along with a cooler, beach bag, pails and shovels, balls, noodles, ETC;

The property is wonderful; very clean, comfortable and updated, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. Centrally located, there are multiple restaurants, stores and the beach all within a short walking distance. The communication with the owner was top-notch and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic condo! From seeing every sunrise on the balcony to every sunset on the beach. This condo has everything our family needed for hitting the beach or relaxing by the pool. The charming little city several dining options within walking distance of the condo. Indian Rocks Beach has an easy driving distance of bigger cities like Clearwater and St. Petersburg if you wanted to explore them, which we did. The host's communication was great and even greeting us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for families of all ages looking for a nice relaxing get-a-way!

The property was as advertised. Very clean and easy sleeping arrangements for my family of four. The kids enjoyed that they could easily walk to the beach, water park and shops. It was safe for them to go alone. Easy access to Clearwater to meet up with friends as well. A great escape from the New England spring cold!

Terrific place

This was our second year at the Waterside condos and it was even more enjoyable than last year. Thesebcondos have a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The nearby beach was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished. We plan not return next year.
