We are in a small 16 unit mid century modern building, built in 1969. The Causeway beach also has facilities as well as a beach cafe & kayak rentals. Take the ferry to Caladesi Island (North Clearwater Beach) which runs every 1/2 hr from Honeymoon Island beach, to enjoy shelling and another pristine beach. A variety of Restaurants and shops are all outside your front door. We provide Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Coolers, Towels and a Beach Matt for your use. No need to find parking or pay meters just drive right in to the beach and start enjoying your day. Clearwater Beach is only a 10minute drive away along the same coastal road & you can enjoy a different beach experience, with such easy proximity. Seaview Beach Condo has been newly renovated and decorated in the most up to date "Coastal Beach" feel. You will love coming home and waking up in your gorgeous home away from home every day. We have a shared balcony to take advantage of the gulf breezes. Take advantage of everything Dunedin/Clearwater area has to offer as you are in the most convenient & central location to enjoy it all. Catch a ball game, try one of Dunedins micro breweries, enjoy a stroll on Main Street with all of it s amazing shops, restaurants and marina. Take the Jolley Trolley, pay $4 and you can hop on and off all day. The Jolley Trolley runs from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks (a must see), all the way to Clearwater Beach. It is a fun and carefree way to see everything and you don t have to worry about having that second glass of wine! The Jolley Trolly stops at all bus stops and runs every 20 minutes, you can take it from the corner of the Causeway just steps from you. There are fantastic restaurants directly across the street from you. Frenchy s is a must with live entertainment and a fun atmosphere. Publix Supermarket is also across the street. With all of the great restaurant choices across the street from you' ll find it hard to want to leave the Causeway. Rent bikes (across the street) and jump on the Pinellas Trail on the corner and pedal along the Beach, Over Bridges & more, It s a beautiful trail that stretches the entire Pinellas County.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our days at the beach. It’s conveniently located to the beach, downtown Dunedin and the sponge docks. The host responded quickly to the questions I had and was pleasant. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Really nice place for the 2 of us; clean, nicely decorated with all required amenities; host was very responsive when we had a question. Comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. It was really nice to have beach chairs and beach towels available. Great location for walking, excellent seafood, and bike rentals. Just a couple blocks away from the Pinellas bike trail and only a mile or so from beautiful beaches at Honeymoon Island State Park. Having laundry facilities just across the hall was a bonus. Highly recommend

Alexandra was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great vacation in the Dunedin and surrounding area. Great restaurants and shopping, not to mention the waters of Honeymoon Island. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with beach chairs, towels, and small coolers.

We had a wonderful stay in Dunedin! The kitchen was great and had any small appliance that would be needed for prepping and cooking, beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. Small but nicely updated

We love this location with close proximity to bicycle trails, Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. This unit was a great cost effective way to enjoy it all. The home was updated and clean. Our only regret was the lack of a balcony to enjoy the Florida weather, but we knew that going in.

In area for daughter's engagement party. Arrived half hour after check in to find condo was not cleaned. Bed and bathroom in total disarray. We left and had to check into hotel 10 miles away.Host would not refund us. Offered us 100.00 towards dinner while condo was cleaned. Party was at 7 I didn't have time to wait around!

Excellent stay and location, only issue was that I wish we were informed about the lower level with mold and other contamination, you could smell the mold as soon as you walk into the unit. Other than that great location close to everything.

The apartment has mostly everything you need, and is in a great location to Honeymoon Island. Publix is a short drive/quick walk too. Downtown Dunedin is a short drive.
