Pelican Pointe 3C - GULF FRONT Condo!

Directly on the beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a double-wide covered balcony with spiral stairs leading down to the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular unencumbered views of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunsets, nightly! The spacious living area has comfy seating and a large mounted TV (cable and Apple TV) with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The open floor plan makes an inviting space for a family vacation. The kitchen and dining area also have sliding glass doors to the extra-wide balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen has a very large granite island with bar stools for additional seating. In addition to the expected appliances is a wine refrigerator and an ice machine, it's the little extras that really set this condo apart. The dining table is ready for the perfect meal and perfect for the game night too! The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, TV with Chromecast (no cable), and ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has an updated step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two Full-size beds with a single Twin mattress, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and a TV with cable. The Hallway Bathroom has a tub with a shower. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit which makes packing less of a chore. There is FREE secure Wi-Fi in the condo. This condo provides two undercover tandem spaces and a gas grill for your use. The unit is one flight up, directly above your parking, with no elevator. There is no pool at this property. Ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use.

summer vacation

We really enjoyed staying at Pelican Point. So convenient to the beach and dining on shore. Beautiful views and wonderful sunsets! Definitely recommend!
