Suite was nice and spotless. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a window and living area could use more seating. Kitchen was great. Staff didn’t seem to be fans of guests that use Expedia. Property was well kept and nice for an area that is still recovering from the 2024 hurricanes. They give you a ton of rules after booking and at check-in which comes off a bit annoying but I get it…especially being on the beach.

Our condo at Ocean club was immaculate. Very spacious, newly constructed and amazing views of the Gulf. The heated pool and hot tub was a nice bonus on the beach. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely being staying there again. Property offers free parking for 1 vehicle per condo. Also, no housekeeping during your stay, however towels can be replaced daily. Soaps for laundry and dishwasher are provided by the resort. Kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. All the units have a Gulf view, recommend staying on 3rd floor minimum for water view. Property is a 20 minute walk to Johns Pass or 2 minute drive. Awesome place, probably the best in Treasure Island!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had an issue with a very loud smoke detector inside the room going off MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the night. Front desk was called at 2:00 AM which they responded right away but solution was to remove IT from ceiling. At 4:00 different alarm went off. Front desk was notified, solution was to remove smoked detector from ceiling and bring it to reception. When requesting for front desk to come and solve the issue, we were told to remove it ourselves. once removed smoke detector continued to go off so we called again and were told to place smoke detector in the refrigerator given that it was probably caused by temperature changes. WE COULD STILL HEAR THE ALARM FROM THE INSIDE THE FRIDGE! finally 5:00 am we were able to go back to sleep though concern about lack of smoke detectors. I went to speak to front desk in the morning I was told to wait and speak to Manager- Shirley. Around 1-2 pm I went back to front desk to speak to manager and report that smoked detector went off again!!!! manager stated she would reimbursed resort fee ($45) for the inconvenience. I explained that was unacceptable and that my family and I had not gotten any rest throughout the night. She was dismissive and rude explaining how we had book through Expedia and that I should contact them, and that Expedia did not even pay full room cost. alarm went off for over an hr, at 10pm went off again. Solution, ALL alarms removed from room. NOT SAFE! PLENTY OF OTHER HOTELS TO STAY.

Our end unit was excellent! Super, sparkling clean right down to the corners. Beautiful view and stunning sunsets. The full kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to make meals and reheat restaurant leftovers. The unit is larger than most apartments (the hallway is exceptionally long). The bed was heavenly. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Beautiful room, beautiful sunsets, diggers on the beach directly in view from hotel the entire time we stayed (moving pipes from hurricane beach repair) but we still got beautiful pictures, heated pool and hot tub was nice, enough long chairs around the pool, tether ball was fun for kids, walking path along beach front was very nice, walkable to beach and big Publix grocery store, room was spacious and nice, front desk very accommodating with all our needs, prompt service. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Unit was clean and bright and quiet. Fun activities close by. Good fishing off the shoreline, soooo many shells, sand was beautiful, loved the professional sand sculptures, fireworks on beach at New Year’s was a nice treat. Lots of good restaurants near by. I wish the gym was bigger and had mirrors.

Staying at ocean club resort was a great experience. The unit are clean and huge. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only drawback is the constructions that were on the beach which we were not informed about before going during Christmas time.
