Direct Gulf front one bedroom, one bathroom corner unit condominium. The private balcony on the Gulf of Mexico provides you with front row seats to the most amazing water views and spectacular sunsets. The living room offers a sleeper sofa and comfy seating. If you can pull yourself away from watching the surf there is a 55" TV and DVD player for your entertainment pleasure in the living room too. The fully appointed kitchen will serve all your needs from creating a fun beach picnic to a gourmet meal. Dining with a water-view table from both the dining area and the balcony makes for memorable meals. The master bedroom has a King size bed with ceiling fan and mounted TV along with an Eastside private balcony. Watch beautiful sunrises and enjoy the morning calm. The bathroom just renovated in 2020, has a beautiful tile step-in shower and two doors, one to the hallway and one to the bedroom. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance to US and Canada. The property offers a beachside heated swimming pool with a nice size deck that has both covered and open lounging areas. Step off the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a cool dip in the pool. Pool area bathrooms are easy to access as well. There is an online application operated laundry right on your floor for added convenience to this property. There is a large gas grill for your use as well near the pool area.
