Ocean Side 202 is a Two bedroom, 2 bath, gulf front updated condominium that was built in 2004 and offers an amazing view of Indian Rocks Beach. It is also on the scale of smaller buildings compared to other complexes within the area which makes it perfect for those wanting a vacation without the overpopulation. However, keep in mind that this building is a wood frame building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 202 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area on foot. This unit has a King in the master, two Twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It has 3 TVs, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer and WIFI for guests' use. The property offers a heated swimming pool for guests' use until dusk.

Clean, accommodating, condo with great views in IRB

The condo is very clean, much cleaner than most we've stayed in, stocked very well with the necessary essentials and has amazing views looking over the gulf. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
