Overall it was a good value for the price. The house was very clean but outdated. Not that we cared about appliances and stuff but simple fixes like handles off kitchen cabinets, lots of broken tiles in the bathrooms and the pool even with it being cleaned, was still dirty. The company cleaning it was there for 30min max. My husband did a better job every morning. The house was well stocked so that was a plus. Lots of beach accommodations and when we requested a wagon, they honored that so that was really appreciated. The neighborhood is definitely old and some neighbors clearly had a problem with the house being rented but we never felt unsafe. Overall if you are looking for a good value it’s perfect. If your looking for something updated it may not be for you.

The pool was very nice and big enough for everyone to enjoy, all the rooms were clean and smelt great, the ac was also very nice and kept the whole house cool the whole stay, and the host was great!

Nice, clean, little cozy home. Perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool. Conveniently only 10-15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach.

Place was great. AC was on the fritz when we arrived, but hosts went above and beyond to have it fixed asap. Everything you could need was on hand. Everything was clean and organized. If i could give more stars i would. Go ahead and check this place out. You will not be disappointed. While you're there go and check out King Carts and rent a golf cart.

This place looks exactly like the pictures but

They provided extra towels for the pool, which was a nice touch. It’s a cute little spot for a family getaway. The only major downside—and a dealbreaker for me—was that the house was HOT. I contacted the host to let them know the A/C wasn’t working. They said they would look into it, but I’m not sure if anything was done. It honestly felt cooler outside than it did inside, and we had a hard time sleeping because of it. I’m from a hot, humid state, so I can usually handle heat—but the inside of that house was on another level.Overall, it’s a nice house with a great pool, but be aware of the A/C situation.

Property was as appears in listing photos. Loved the pool and pool toys that were there to use! Loved the cooler and beach chairs that we were able to use! Location-we were down the road from the store and shopping malls, not far from the beaches!!! Neighborhood was quiet, no issues, felt safe! Would deff rebook here!!

Much needed vacation away.

Would’ve loved to have stayed longer than 8 days but unfortunately all vacations come to an end. It was super clean and easy to find and was in a great location for food, grocery stores and all the above. Only thing I would suggest is to bring a fan for the master bedroom if you’re a hot sleeper like myself since their is only one vent in the master bedroom/bathroom and it’s a big space. Other than that it was an amazing stay and very relaxing. My friend and I loved it there and Would/will definitely stay there again for sure! Felt right at home!!

Place wasn’t stocked very well with pots and pans, needed lots of updates, top of the microwave vent cover would pop off every time microwave was opened or closed because it was broken previously
