This direct Gulf front, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is your slice of paradise. The condo is updated with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, and tile throughout. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large mounted TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twins, a ceiling fan and mounted TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower next to the 2nd bedroom. The spacious living room has comfy leather seating and a 65" smart TV (Internet Ready). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. There is free Wifi and a free Long Distance to the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. The condo property has a heated swimming pool and a gas grill. This unit has an assigned undercover parking spot. Oceanway is a non-smoking property.
