Excellent stay! Very good location. Easy to get to popular areas or more laid back areas. Renting instructions were complete and easy to follow. Pool area clean and relaxing. Loved the turf area with corn hole and tennis court for pickle ball. Accommodations were excellent as well. Very clean, had everything you needed for a wonderful stay, perfect for our family. Had little extras ghat really mad a difference. Would definitely come back for another stay.

The condo was not very clean when we arrived. I had to clean the front door. It was so dirty my hands got dirty just coming in. I also had to wash the patio door as it was very dirty as well. The fan in the master bedroom remote needed batteries. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and turned side to side plus the water pressure in the master sinks was very low.

The area itself was great and the beach was not crowded at all. The unit itself could use a thorough cleaning for mold as it smells musty and mold was growing in the bathrooms. The beach umbrella and chairs are also in very poor condition.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our second time vacationing in Indian Rocks, this past trip was with more family. We had plenty of space for our group,and the condo had a decent supply of things. The unit could use more storage dishes for leftovers or some sort of containers for the kitchen. We also noticed a patio furniture issue and once we informed the property manager it was taken care of promptly. The locker had plenty of chairs and other items needed for our beach time. Beds were great, showers perfect. Overall would definitely recommend this unit and Reef Club for those that need the extra space to spread out as a group :-)

Ocean View and All The Amenities- Including My Dog!

Great large condo layout for the 5 of us and my dog. The kitchen is large for a condo and 3 of us were preparing meals and there was so much room. Upholstered chairs on large balcony made ocean views spectacular! Tennis and Pickle ball courts are new, pool is heated and new, jacuzzi is hot and new. We used the Gas grills on the property - worked great! The beach closet for the unit has all the chairs, umbrella and even some fishing poles and a bait bucket. We saw people catch fish right from the shore!Sunsets are spectacular right on the Gulf! We highly recommend this condo!

We had a group of 5 of us staying there and it was wonderful! There was parking, pool, and right on the beach! There was a breakfast place right down the road and it was in a nice neighborhood! Would book again!
