I ask in June if there was construction going on at Pelican Cove. i was told that NO construction would be taken place during my stay. When we arrived August 1st 2026 i found a big crane and scaffolding on the property. Property had been under construction for months. We were lied to. I reached out to the company I rented from and got the run around. I tried several times reaching out to them but never got a true answer. We ask for some compensation for the troubles and got nothing from them. We fill like we were scammed. I will never use the company again. When you ask someone a question you expect a honest answer. We were definitely taken advantage of. Please don’t use the company we rented from. If I knew there was construction going on we would have rented somewhere else. Sincerely,Unhappy traveler
